In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the result of any completed round will stand. 345jl's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 345jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
345jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
On account termination for cause, 345jl reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance. On termination not caused by player misconduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification requirements.
Players may voluntarily close their 345jl account at any time by contacting player support. Voluntary closure requests are permanent unless initiated through the temporary cooling-off or self-exclusion tools described in Section 8.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
